New mobile port crane for Gosselin Logistics

Gosselin Logistics highlights its ambitions with the investment in an additional crane for its terminal on the Albert Canal. On Monday, May 3, the crane will be delivered by inland waterway to the terminal as a kit, and the assembly can begin.

Intermodal solution for exceptional transport

A subsidiary of the Gosselin Group, Heavy arranged the transport of two gigantic tubes for the steel industry weighing in at 24 and 14.5 tons. The tubes were transported from the producer in Lokeren (Belgium) via the Gosselin terminal to the client in Ijmuiden (Netherlands) by truck and barge.

Gosselin Logistics’ expansion reinforces ambitions

The acquisition of the former Milcobel site in Schoten will add another 65,500 m² of space to Gosselin’s current location along the Albert Canal. After this expansion, Gosselin will have a total logistics area of 430,500 m² at its disposal.

Gosselin Logistics’ warehouse in Deurne now fumigation-proof

Antwerp fumigation company Descroes worked with Gosselin Logistics to complete a new set-up in Deurne. This new set-up allows a 2,200 m² warehouse to be fully heated, and fumigation services for both soft commodities and project-based cargo to be applied.

First prize for Gosselin Logistics, Brucargo

Brucargo’s logistics partners have been working with the slot booking app since 2018. This technology enables users to avoid long waits at the warehouses and makes better, more transparent scheduling possible. Gosselin Logistics won the prize for best user of the app in 2020. Quite an achievement!
