Pasec Port joins port clean-up initiative

No less than 63 companies joined the 3rd edition of the port cleanup. Pasec Port sent a delegation as well to join the 2 200 volunteers to tackle the litter in the streets.

“We didn’t hesitate to participate as we’re right in the middle of the Port of Antwerp-Bruges”, explains Sven Van Assche, supervisor of the Pasec Port warehouse. “Ten colleagues from both the operational and the administrative team joined the initiative.”

Together they collected litter between rainshowers for about an hour and filled six garbage bags. “It’s a good way to confront people with pollution and litter. I think everybody agreed it was a solid initiative and it was a nice teambuilding moment at the same time.”

Pairi Daiza collaboration - A cactus of considerable size

The most remarkable transport that Gosselin carried out in its collaboration with Pairi Daiza? Without a doubt, the impressive cactus, Pachycereus pringlei, from Tenerife, one of the most emblematic plants of the world’s largest tropical greenhouse, Edenya.

An exceptional project in full bloom: Gosselin and Pairi Daiza

Pairi Daiza was looking for a reliable partner to handle all aspects of importing plants and materials from outside Europe.
