Gosselin Group continues growth trajectory with the acquisition of Antwerp Cargo Movers

Antwerp Cargo Movers, a fast-growing and successful company from Antwerp, can now call off its search for a new shareholder. They found the perfect partner to support their growth ambitions in the Gosselin Group, whose 90 years of experience in the logistics sector played a major role in this decision.

Thanks to Gosselin's support, Antwerp Cargo Movers will be able to continue to grow as an independent company. They will be able to rely on Gosselin’s back office solutions and logistical support, among other things.

“This acquisition is an excellent opportunity for Gosselin to further develop our activities,” explains Marc Smet, CEO of the Gosselin Group, “SDM Corporate Finance Group played an advisory role in this deal, which stipulates that Gosselin now controls 100% of ACM’s shares.”

Gosselin values the quality of its services highly, including storage spaces for the goods of its logistics clients. To ensure that these goods are stored in good condition in the warehouses, Gosselin collaborated with Mutec, an industrial roofing company within the Willy Naessens Group, to renovate one of the roofs.
